We have a clear vision of how to avoid sub-optimization and approach value chain related issues in an effective and consistent way. We take the Value Chain theory of Michael Porter as a starting point.

Sourcing management - Sourcing management is all about how supply relationships can be managed. It usually concerns a seasoned and complete model, comprising all aspects that give a thorough understanding of how the value chain performs, and how and where this can be optimized.
